  2. "Transparency of the machine"... excellent wordage. I am so glad you are loving this machine, and yes, the decals are in impeccable shape given the rest of the machine. The one feature you left out of this blog is the charming label in the shift key, possibly the folks who did the rebuild. I am also glad you appreciate the history and character in it. You could pop the panels out and make it more original, but I am sort of glad you didn't. I could go either way.

  4. Clearly there's some 'tweaking' to do with the typeslug alignment. :-)
    I really love this machine ... the variable space knob design and function is just brilliant! The "challis" style ribbon holders ... so over-the-top cool.
